About Toolcrow

Toolcrow turns the small tools you build with AI into working, shareable links. You paste your HTML, CSS and JavaScript, and you get a live page on its own URL, private by default. No servers to set up, no build step, and no expiry date on the link.

Who is behind it

Toolcrow is built and run by Josh, its founder of Toolcrow. Josh builds and hosts every Toolcrow tool himself. He writes about making small, privacy-first tools with AI and shipping them as links you can actually share. Every free tool on this site was made and hosted with Toolcrow itself, so the product and the marketing are the same thing: if a tool works for you here, that is Toolcrow doing its job.

Why we built it

Building a small tool with AI is easy now. Sharing it is not. You can either keep it trapped in a chat, or publish it to the whole world with no control over who sees it. We wanted the middle ground: a real link you own, that you can keep private, protect with a password, or open to everyone, and embed on your own site when you want to.

The other half is privacy. Most free online tools bury you in ads and trackers. Toolcrow has neither, and that will not change as it grows. Keeping you in control of what you build is the point here, not an afterthought.
