1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Toolcrow (“Toolcrow”, “we”, “us”) at www.toolcrow.app, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What Toolcrow does
Toolcrow lets you paste HTML, CSS and JavaScript and publish it as a live tool (a “drop”) on its own link, which you can keep private, protect with a password, or open to anyone. Optional features let you connect services such as Google Drive to a tool. We may add, change or remove features over time.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything that happens under it. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised. You must be at least 16 years old to use Toolcrow.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the tools and content you create. You grant Toolcrow the limited permission needed to host, store, serve and display that content so the service can work, including serving your published tools to the people you share them with. You are responsible for the content you publish and for having the rights to use it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Toolcrow to:
- break the law or infringe anyone else’s rights;
- host or distribute malware, phishing pages, or code intended to harm visitors;
- collect people’s data deceptively, or impersonate others;
- send spam, or abuse the invitation or email features;
- attack, overload, or attempt to break the security of Toolcrow or its infrastructure.
We may suspend or remove tools, or accounts, that break these rules or put other people at risk.
6. Third-party services
When you connect a third-party service (for example Google Drive), your use of that service is also governed by that provider’s own terms. You are responsible for the accounts and data you connect. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what data we access.
7. Beta and availability
Toolcrow is offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and parts of it may still be in beta. We work hard to keep it running and safe, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Keep your own copy of anything important.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Toolcrow is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
You can stop using Toolcrow and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. You can request deletion of your account and data by emailing hello@toolcrow.app.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Toolcrow after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This does not remove any consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your own country.
